By accessing and using Way Finding Coaching Programs services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.
Services Description
Way Finding Coaching Programs provides personal and professional coaching services designed to help individuals and teams find clarity, purpose, and direction. Our services include one-on-one coaching, group coaching for leaders, and conflict transformation programs.
Client Responsibilities
As a client, you agree to:
- Participate actively and honestly in coaching sessions.
- Complete agreed-upon assignments and exercises.
- Provide timely notice for session cancellations or rescheduling.
- Respect the confidentiality of other participants in group sessions.
- Take responsibility for your own decisions and actions.
Payment Terms
Payment for coaching services is due according to the terms agreed upon in your coaching agreement. We accept various forms of payment and will provide clear invoicing. Refund policies will be outlined in your specific coaching agreement.
Confidentiality
We maintain strict confidentiality regarding all client information and coaching conversations. Information will only be shared with your explicit consent or as required by law. We expect clients to maintain similar confidentiality in group settings.
Limitation of Liability
Coaching is not therapy, counseling, or medical treatment. While we strive to provide valuable guidance and support, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes. Clients are responsible for their own decisions and actions.
Termination
Either party may terminate the coaching relationship with appropriate notice as outlined in the coaching agreement. We reserve the right to terminate services if terms are violated or if the coaching relationship is not productive.
